What does the course fee cover?
Tuition for all 7 sessions. Materials for all classes, excluding calligraphy materials. Lunch/snacks on day 1 and day 2, and snacks and refreshments on day 4. Lunch on day 3 is not included.
What is the registration deadline?
Due to very limited spots, the registration will be first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close as soon as all the spots fill up.
Is this open to all skill levels?
No, it is NOT suitable for complete beginners. Some experience with the Thuluth and/or Naskh scripts is necessary. Participants are recommended to prepare lessons in advance for each calligraphy session.
Where should I stay?
Since all the classes will be held in Üsküdar, we recommend staying nearby to make it easier for you to arrive on time for classes.

Participants are responsible for their own transportation.

What would a typical day look like?
We will begin our classes around 9:00 am or 10:00 am and end by 4:00 pm or 5:00 pm, tentatively. For more information, please refer to the program schedule.
Are meals included?
Only lunch on days 1 and 2 is included. And snacks/refreshments on day 4.
Participants are responsible for their own lunch on day 3 and the other meals.
When is the full balance due?
We require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit of $400 upon registration; the remaining $400 balance must be paid by June 1, 2026.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made on or before June 15, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit. As space is very limited, we appreciate advance notice if you are unable to participate.
